Renovation 1
The client requested plans for a villa renovation in the old part of Marseille. The original site had not been updated for a generation and included a collection of unusable out-buildings.
The renovation plans updated the main building in a modern style that remained sympathetic to the surrounding region, removed the outbuildings, and added off-street parking and a pool.
The garden space was a challenge as it as only 60m2 and had to incorporate a parking space, terrace, pool and still remain "green"
The plans were implemented in full by the client.
