The project brief :
-Create an extra master bedroom, dressing and en-suite
-Independent studio under the house
-Extend the existing kitchen with new dining area
-Identify and create a new entrance from parking area.
-Re-look the existing entrance hall
-The garden and pool deck was to be linked with the new extension and entrance.
