The clients required their villa from the seventies to be modernised, extended and to be "re-looked".
The main entrance was given a grand staircase and terrace with a green focal point.
Once at pool terrace level the new metal roof structure "cuts" the view of the traditional roof without having to replace the existing roof.
The new metal roof structure provides much needed shading to the living area and now "extends" the living space.
