Villa 4-5
After the successful completion of a 240 m2 villa for a client Vincent was contacted for a further two villas.
One villa T4 of 100 m2 + 30 m2 garage on one level was needed to protect the viewing lines of the existing villas above.
The second villa T4 of 100 m2 was constructed on two levels with a garage of 30m2, leaving more garden around the villa.
